About Us
Welcome to Wallcharm Products Ltd (Injection Moulding). Wallcharm Products are a specialist manufacturer of polypropylene closures, with a vision to supply cost effective, high quality products to all our customers. We supply the pharmaceutical, veterinary, industrial and construction industries, as well as food sectors.
From 1 box to pallet loads, we cater for all enquiries. Our close knit team aims to provide a friendly and efficient service.
We can help to determine the right lining for a container as well as container contents. We offer a free sample service to help you in choosing the right closure for you. Wallcharm Products is ISO9001 Quality Certified.
Plastic Injection Moulding
Our current range is 20-48mm diameter closures and we aim to have a quick turnaround time by holding stock and giving our customers a facility to call off products as and when they are required. We manufacture as well as line all our caps on site, in the UK. We have a range of over 35 closures as well as 5 different sizes of polycones. Our closures are injection moulded in a clean and safe environment.
All our closures are manufactured using prime EU food grade approved material.
We also manufacture various safety accessories for the scaffolding sector; these include load tested footplates, tube end caps, fitting caps and armadillos.
Drawings of our closure range are available upon request. Data sheets of our lining material are available via our specification area.
