Closures

Wallcharm Products are a specialist manufacturer of polypropylene closures. Our current range is 20-48mm diameter caps and we aim to have a quick turnaround time by holding stock and giving our customers a facility to call off products as and when they are required.

 

We have a range of over 35 closures as well as 5 different sizes of polycones. Our closures are injection moulded in a clean and safe environment. Following this process our closures are then lined or bagged depending on our customer’s needs. We have the capability to line in EPE, Alphaseal as well as Induction Heat Seal (IHS) but we also have the advice from lining specialists who can advise on and supply different types of wadding depending on volumes.

We can help to determine the right lining for a container as well as container contents. Wallcharm Products offers a free sample service to help you in choosing the right closure for you. Wallcharm products is ISO9001 Quality Certified.

All caps are available in our standard range of colours: white, black, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, grey and purple. We are happy to quote for any specific colour match, if required.

 

All our closures are manufactured within the UK, using prime EU food grade approved material.
